Important FAQ

A design charge will be applied to all orders at a minimum of $35.00 per table. Basic color choices will not modify this charge and will not exceed $295.00 [ This is a per table charge. Multiple table orders may require a modification of this charge, however this must be mentioned before the approval of any said order. ].

This of course depends on the amount of customization involved with your particular table, and in all efforts towards fair business practices, we will always disclose this exact amount upfront. If we do not disclose this prior to "approval" from our project designer, only the minimum will apply.

Depending on where you are located delivery may or may not be included. More than likely there will be a charge unless you are close enough to pick it up.

However, we do reserve the right to waive or charge for delivery at our discretion as some circumstances may require the modification of this charge.

Shipping charges will always be at cost, and paid directly and separately by you. We understand that people do a good amount of shopping online, and we prefer to make this up to you since it may be more economical, especially for online business owners.

Currently, we are only accepting orders inside the 'continental' USA. Thank you.

1. How long to complete my table? - In most cases only one week(7 business days) is required, and of course this depends on the parts needed for your particular table. Multiple table orders, and or shipping may extend this time frame.

*Custom felt WILL add a MINIMUM of 2 weeks to any order, and an extra deposit may be required as well. As always, we will discuss this in detail if and as necessary.

2. Am I commiting to a purchase by submitting this form? - No, Of course not, it is merely a tool for you to obtain a "free" quote from us. However, you must submit a valid email address or phone number in order to do so.

3. Do I need to anything pay upfront to place an order? - Yes. Once an order is confirmed by you, as a result of using this form, a deposit of half the total price will be expected. We will discuss the payment options once we contact you.
